Cecilia’s comments about her shoot:
I’m going to tell you a little bit about myself and my background. Basically I’m going to talk about high school, family, sports, hobbies, traveling, outdoors, college, modeling, etc. I started high at the age of 14. I was very very shy throughout my high school. Never in a million years did I think was going to be modeling and videos! I absolutely love what I do now. I’ve come out of my shell a lot, as you can tell.
In high school, I played track, cross country, and basketball. I’ve always been an athletic girl. I started out as a tom boy but as I got older, I’ve become, pretty much, the typical girly girl. Track was my favorite out of the three sports. I loved the adrenaline rush. I did the 4×4, 4×8, 100 meter dash, and the mile. I was very good on the 4×8 team. I ended up lettering for that. Basketball was fun too but I was always the smallest on the team and could only dribble with my right hand. I didn’t get the playing time I really wanted. I gave up basketball my senior year. Cross country was definitely a favorite as well. I love long distance running through the parks and trails. I love being out doors and keeping in shape outdoors because of the different terrain. Also, being in sports and going to the football games was very fun because I had many friends from all the different sports teams I was on. That being said, I fit in to every group, even though I was shy.
After high school, I attended Walsh University in North Canton, Ohio through scholarships and grants through my grades. I wasn’t sure what to go for at the time for my major so I was undecided. The scholarships and grants were a blessing because it was a small, catholic school and everybody knew everybody, everywhere you went. I was never alone even though I was an hour from home. I had two roommates, one of them being my best friend at the time. That changed because we are both beautiful girls and the same guys liked us. Basically, guys ended up coming between us which was a bummer because now we don’t even talk and we were like sisters. I came down with the swine flu my first semester there. I had to withdraw from all of my classes and come home. That was my first fall semester right out of high school. I moved home and took the spring semester off and worked at Carrabbas Italian Restaurant until I began Youngstown State University fall semester, 2010. I decided to go for Business Administration.
